The Borgo Casa al Vento Cellar is the result of years of experience and dedication to Tuscan winemaking. Located in one of the most prestigious areas of Chianti, our cellar takes advantage of the richness of the soil and the unique microclimate to produce wines with a distinctive and authentic character. Every year, with passion and respect for the environment, we take care of every phase of production—from harvest to fermentation—to ensure a result that reflects the excellence of our land.
Our Wines
The pride of our vineyards
Each wine from the Borgo Casa al Vento Cellar is an authentic representation of Chianti, with the perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Our vineyards are cultivated in harmony with nature, using sustainable practices that respect the environment, to produce wines that best express the character of the land. About 6 hectares are cultivated following the Chianti Classico Consortium’s regulations. From these Sangiovese vineyards come our labels: Aria, Foho Riserva, and Vincanto Gran Selezione. The estate also includes 2 hectares of IGT vines at Casa al Vento and 3 hectares at Sestucci with Sangiovese Grosso, Merlot, Teroldego, and Malbec grapes.

A unique experience that allows our guests to feel even more connected to our land is the opportunity to adopt a barrique. With this initiative, you can choose one of our wooden barrels, where our wines age, and follow their evolution year after year. Adopting a barrique is also a special gift that allows you to receive a bottle of the wine you helped produce.
