After decades of pesticide overuse, posing real risks to health and causing soil degradation, some producers have finally chosen the path of organic farming.
Since 2008, with courage, foresight, and above all, respect for the land, at Casa al Vento we decided to return all our vineyards and olive trees to organic cultivation.
Our labels “Aria”, “Foho”, “T’Amo”, “Alliaria”, and "Ros’Aria” embody the strong identity of our land.
