Unlike other restaurants, our restaurant is dedicated to the rediscovery of taste. The traditions of Chianti cuisine centres around local ingredients complimented by our organic extra virgin olive oil and Sangiovese wine. Our chef creates authentic home-made dishes with ingredients from the abundant Chianti region, many produced only a few metres away from the kitchen!

Guests can also be supplied with a picnic basket or board of local cold cuts and cheese on request.
