CANCELLATION FEE - I have taken note that:

  • If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within 50 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 30% of the entire amount will be applied.
  • From 50 to 30 days before the staying , 50%
  • From 30 to 10 days before the staying, 70%
  • From 10 to 0 days before the staying, 100%
  • If the guest fails to arrive, and does not communicate in advance via fax or e-mail, or phone the failure to arrive, a full charge (100%) will be applied.
