La Villa indipendente Ultimo Eremo is at 180 meters far from the Borgo. The villa in authentic Chianti style is linear, luminous, almost a sculpture built on three levels, each one for one suite.
The Villa is about 240 m2 and structured in 3 independent suites with the use of large living room with fireplace, dinning room, kitchen and a/c system in each room, heated swimming pool, sauna, large terrace and private garden.
The Suite "Rosa" is located at the ground floor surrounded of a rose garden and coloured flowerbed. Shower bathroom.
