CANCELLATION POLICY
I have taken note that:
In low season:
• If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of amount due will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In high season:
• If cancelled is up to 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of amount due will be charged
• If cancelled within 6 days from arrival or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
Payment Terms:
• At reservation: valid credit card or a down payment of 30% o the amount due
• At arrival: full payment ,or the balance if down payment incurred, is due upon arrival

How to reach us
By car from Florence's Airport, it takes about 1.5 hours to get to Borgo Casa al Vento and 1/2 hour from Siena's railwaystation.
By car
from Florence or Rome: Take A1 Highway (Milano-Napoli), exit at Valdarno and follow directions to Montevarchi and then take the road s.s.408 to Siena or Gaiole in Chianti. From the village of Gaiole in Chianti follow the directions for "Borgo Casa al Vento" and Barbischio. Before entering the hamlet of Barbischio, turn right and then follow the road for 1.5 km Show the map.

By train or airplane
You can either arrive at Firenze central railway station, or at Firenze, Pisa or Bologna airports. You will then have to arrange your travel by taxi or car rental.
We have special arrangements set in place with some local companies that offer these services.
